Magnus looking through a telescope under the stars in Närsen

ONE NIGHT IN NÄRSEN

Look closely. Build what holds.

That is Magnus at the telescope in Närsen. The habit of looking carefully before acting became part of Fee: understand the work, make deliberate choices and leave a result that can be inspected.

THE INSPIRATION

Matteo came first.

Before there was a proxy, a task report or a desktop app, there was Matteo: curious, funny, caring and quick to help. Those qualities became the brief for Fee.

Fee is not Matteo rendered as a robot. The character carries his spirit into the product: understand before acting, explain what matters and make yourself useful.

NÄRSEN · VANSBRO MUNICIPALITY

Part of the work, not a moodboard.

Early Flatfee ideas took shape in the middle of ordinary work: repairing a small outbuilding, clearing up after the day and talking through what useful software should actually do.

Building a roof teaches a simple standard: the result has to hold, and anyone can inspect whether it does. Fee applies the same idea to coding work.

THE PLACE AROUND THE PRODUCT

Long light. Hard winter. Time to think.

FROM PLACE TO PRODUCT

Three rules stayed with Fee.

01

Understand first

Read the project and the request before deciding what to do.

02

Ask when it matters

Pause for a real decision, not for every ordinary step.

03

Leave proof

Show the files, checks, model and cost so the result can be trusted.

BORLÄNGE

The work moved. The standard stayed.

The project continued in Borlänge, where the ideas became a working product: one agent that can plan, build and verify with a carefully chosen mix of AI models.
