Fee for people who run their own business.
Get help writing a quote, replying to a customer or going through a receipt. Fee drafts a suggestion you can check and use in your business.
What Fee can do for your business.
-
Quotes, reminders and customer replies.
Describe the job, and Fee writes a quote with amount, VAT, total and payment terms. What Fee cannot know, such as your bankgiro number (a Swedish payment account number), is left as clear gaps. Fee can also write a friendly reminder about an unpaid invoice, or a reply to a customer.
-
Look up a company.
You get organisation number, company form, revenue and result when the sources give them, each with its source and date. Fee leaves out what no source gives, says what is missing and says when the sources disagree. A valuation is always shown as a range. The figures come from open sources on the web and can be wrong or out of date.
-
Your company details.
Fill in your name, VAT number, F-tax (the Swedish tax certificate for self-employed people) and payment terms once under Your business in Settings, and Fee uses them in quotes and reminders. The details are saved in Fee’s memory, so memory has to be turned on. If you are a sole trader, leave the organisation number empty, because it is your personal ID number.
-
Tax dates in your calendar.
Fee works out your dates for VAT, the employer’s return, F-tax and your income tax return from what you filled in under Your business. You put them in your calendar with one button, with a reminder a week and a day before. The dates are suggestions, so check them with your accountant.
-
Receipts and supporting documents.
Attach a receipt, and you get supplier, amount, VAT and a suggested bookkeeping account. Save it as a supporting document, and download everything you have saved as one file for your accountant, or as an SIE file, the standard Swedish bookkeeping format. Saved receipts stay in your browser or on your computer and do not follow you to another device.
-
Customers.
Save your customers and start a quote for one of them with one tap. Customers are saved on your device only.
How to start.
-
Turn on business mode.
Under Settings, switch on “I use Fee for my business”.
-
Fill in Your business.
Name, VAT number, F-tax and payment terms, once.
-
Ask.
“Write a quote for…” or “Which tax dates do I have coming up?”
What Fee does not do.
- Fee does not keep your books and is not bookkeeping software.
- Fee does not send invoices or emails for you.
- Accounts, VAT and tax dates are suggestions. Let your accountant look at them.
