TERMS · PRIVATE BETA

The practical rules, without the fog.

This is a plain-language summary for the Fee private beta. Your invitation or signed agreement controls if it says something different.

01

Private-beta access

Access is personal to the approved user or organisation and may be limited to specific accounts, devices, projects or capacity. Do not share beta credentials or proxy tokens. We may change the beta as we learn, and material changes will be communicated to affected users.

02

You remain in control of your projects

Review the selected workspace, proposed decisions and final task report. Keep your own version control and backups. Fee can make mistakes, and you are responsible for deciding whether generated changes are suitable before they are shipped or used in production.

03

Plans, capacity and billing

Each beta plan states its included capacity. Fee shows remaining capacity before work starts and may use available reserve capacity. If no capacity is available, Fee pauses and explains what can happen next. We confirm the selected plan, price and billing start before charging you.

04

Acceptable use

Do not use Fee to break the law, gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, interfere with other services, evade security controls or process information you are not permitted to send to the selected provider. Do not attempt to extract service credentials or bypass capacity and approval controls.

05

AI providers and generated output

Fee can route different steps to different model providers. Provider availability, behaviour and processing region can change. Generated output may be incomplete or incorrect, so important changes need human review and appropriate testing.

06

Availability and change

The private beta is provided for evaluation and may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. Current customer-facing incidents are listed on the status page. We do not promise uninterrupted service during the beta.

07

Ending beta access

You can stop using Fee at any time. We may suspend access to protect users, the service or third parties, or when the beta terms are materially breached. Data requests are handled under the privacy notice.
