These are product terms for beta evaluation, not a final master services agreement. Founder access, pricing, limits, and availability can change before general availability.
Fair-use
Plans include premium fair-use, concurrent workflow limits, and documented continuation behavior.
Availability
No uptime SLA is offered during private beta. Status and incident surfaces are still being built.
Account access
Users can register manually or use Google. Accounts need verified email before live smoke or beta project access.
Receipt contract
Current billing language.
- Receipt cost fields use EUR in the current public spec.
- The lane field is premium, budget, continuation, or fallback.
- Continuation is a limit behavior, not an unlimited premium claim.
- Support is email-first during private beta.
- Abuse, resale, credential sharing, and attempts to bypass limits can result in throttling or access removal.
