The marketing site is static. Beta intake opens a local email draft with email, intended tool, spend range, and demo interest only. Any analytics, if added later, should be named here before use.

This page describes the beta data posture for the public site, gateway, Cockpit prototype, receipts, and support reports. It is not a DPA or a finished enterprise privacy program.
Gateway data
Prompts, metadata, model choices, receipt fields, and provider responses may be processed to complete API requests.
Support reports
Cockpit support reports are designed to redact keys and prompts before a user sends diagnostics to support.
Account login
Manual registration and Google login are handled by the hosted account provider. The public site does not collect passwords or Google tokens.
Current boundaries
What is not live yet.
- No published DPA or subprocessors page yet.
- No zero-data-retention claim for the full routing path.
- No enterprise SSO/RBAC or audit-log commitment during private beta.
- No browser-exposed API key handling in the Cockpit prototype.
- No prompt or API-key collection through registration or Google login.
- No prompt, API-key, bearer-token, project-secret, or private-repo collection through beta intake.
